The old way

Baggage claim breaks your brain.

  • You stand at the wrong carousel for ten minutes because the monitor changed and nobody announced it.
  • Your suitcase gets tossed, opened, and rezipped by strangers with zero record of what happened to it.
  • Your rideshare driver circles the pickup loop three times because nobody told them your bag hasn't even landed yet.
The new way

Your bag finally talks back.

  • Fetch Tag catches carousel changes and buzzes your phone before you've even walked to the wrong one.
  • The built-in motion sensor logs every time your bag is opened, so you always know what happened in transit.
  • It texts your driver the second bags actually start moving, so nobody circles the pickup loop for nothing.

Built different.

Live Location Tracking

Live Location Tracking

A GPS and Bluetooth mesh chip pinpoints your bag's exact location on a live map, updating every few seconds for up to 45 days on a single charge.

Carousel Mismatch Alerts

Carousel Mismatch Alerts

Onboard motion and location sensors detect which carousel your bag actually lands on and buzz your phone instantly if it's the wrong one.

TSA Handling Counter

TSA Handling Counter

A built-in accelerometer logs every time your suitcase is opened or handled in transit and tallies the count right in the app.

Gate-Change Auto Capture

The app syncs with live airport flight boards and automatically grabs gate and time changes the moment they're posted, no refreshing required.

Ride-Sync Texts

The moment your carousel starts turning, the tag fires an automatic text to your waiting rideshare driver with an updated pickup ETA.

Good questions.

Does it work internationally?

Yes, Fetch Tag uses global GPS and connects through partner cellular networks in over 190 countries. No SIM swapping or setup needed abroad.

Will airlines let me check it?

Fetch Tag meets IATA and FAA guidelines for lithium battery devices in checked luggage. It ships with a printed compliance card to show gate agents if asked.

How does it know which carousel I'm at?

The app cross-references your phone's location with the bag's live position relative to posted carousel data. If they diverge, you get an alert before you notice.

Can it actually count TSA opens?

The internal accelerometer detects the specific motion pattern of a zipper opening and lid lifting. It logs each event with a timestamp so you know exactly when it happened.

What if my Uber driver doesn't want texts?

Ride-sync texts only send if you've linked a rideshare trip in the app, and you can turn it off anytime. It's opt-in per trip, not automatic.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 45 days per charge under normal travel use. A USB-C port gets you back to full in about 90 minutes.
